MINDFULNESS INSTRUCTOR

I am a UCLA Mindful Awareness Research Center (MARC) Certified Mindfulness Facilitator. I teach Mindfulness classes/groups weekly in a  healthcare setting at Kaiser Permanente in Reseda, CA, and in corporate settings that have included Amgen in Thousand Oaks, CA, Disney in Burbank, CA, and Fox Studios, Culver City, CA. I teach additional group and individual classes in my private practice in Westlake Village, CA, and provide Mindfulness-Based, Solution Oriented life coaching and psychotherapy. I am a mentor for UCLA MARC's Long Distance Intensive Practice Program.

I designed and recorded several online Mindfulness Programs for Optum/PlusOne/Amgen. I design and teach a variety of classes for the general public and for the specific needs of specific clients. Including single-session introduction, start-anytime ongoing training, 6- or 8-week introductory classes, intermediate classes, and specialty classes, including mindful eating, emotional resilience, mindfulness for couples, mindfulness for teens, etc. I also teach workshops and seminars in Mindfulness to psychotherapists and doctors to help them improve services and outcomes for clients and patients and for their own well-being in their demanding and stressful jobs. I have a reputation for clear, concise, and precise instruction that helps beginners take up Mindfulness and Mindfulness Mediation and helps seasoned practitioners improve and advance their practices.
