Mindful Practices : Your Wellness Toolkit

Free Online Class


Among the many tools for wellness, our classes will focus on how to recognize, develop, and leverage your use of these four (separately and together):

  • Mindfulness,

  • Inquiry,

  • Resilience, and

  • Stress Management.


Join us each week to explore and practice. We begin with a brief description of a practice and its potential benefits, we practice, and then we have time for explorations, comments, questions, and answers to help you personalize your practice.


This is a free drop-in class suitable for any level of knowledge or practice. You can attend Thursday 5-6 PM (PT) or On Demand.
