Drop in anytime to learn and practice meditation. Meditation is like a mind gym where you go to work out and develop skills to know yourself better and to improve your life.

There will be a brief talk and a guided meditation. This is a drop-in class, so come when you can and don't worry about when you can't. Take what you learn here and practice anywhere anytime.

This class is suitable for anyone with any level of practice, from first time beginners to those with a regular practice.
